Looking for Spanish person

I am looking for a person who can speak fluent Spanish (read) and fluent English. Its a small job but I got a small letter from an attorney I think online and its in Spanish. I dont know what the hell it is and i am freaked out lol. So could someone please help me and interpret this letter for me please

Uhh I rather it be in private because I have no clue what it is, plus its a word document and it has all this stuf fin it whihc is hard to post.
