Well, I just got an XBox 2 weeks ago and bought Skyrim, and haven't opened it yet. That's my next game.

If you play the games in that order you will be dissapointed, Skyrim was good, but D3 and GW2 will spoil you for other games.

I'm just going to say this: I never was impressed with Skyrim. Oblivion... Ftw.

And maybe I will, Tola. I've read a few reviews and heard a lot of good words. The only negative part being DRM*. But I'm going to give it a few months to get kinked out, for me to have perfectly stable Internet, and for the price tag to drop. I definitely don't have that much money to dish out for a game that I don't even have stable online capacity to play... For singleplayer.

Lame excuse, I know... But I almost never buy games the second they come out. Even for Portal 2, I waited on a little bit to buy. To me, getting through a game isn't a race. It's not like there's any online achivements for being the first in your region to complete the game 100%... yet.

*But for fun, lets go remind everyone on the topic of DRM and talk about how it ruined a game's sales. I shall remind everyone for a brief moment with only a single word, being the most pirated game of 2008, "Spore".
There's a consciousness in the netspace, eating your bits and bytes. It's probably not me, but I forgot to remember to forget if that's true or not. If it calms you, it is most likely not benevolent or malicious. I can't even remember my name. Does it start with a letter? I can't quite prove this...

I still maintain The Witcher 2 to be the greatest game of the recent times. Though my judgement is frozen since easter, as I've been revising and not playing pc games since then :P

Hello,

As Danellos says above, we are working on this issue at the moment. I don't have any information about when we expect this to be resolved, but it should be very soon now. I'm very sorry that we don't have any further information on this right now but please be assured we are working on this issue and have our development and networking team looking into it.
i already knew that achievements wouldnt be removed everyone should know but still some dont use their brains.
however its annoying lag aswell.

I have seen so many reports of people being hacked like that.. it's insane..

There has been quite a few rumours about a session id hack where someone can join your public game and get your session ID then use it to log in your account without email/pass and do whatever.. not sure if it's true..

How about:

- Answered an email to sign up for the new WoW beta, and provided account and password?

- Answered an email about account security and visited the link to provide account name and password?

Both of the above are phishing emails I've got of late, and both lead to look-alike sights that will steal your account info.

I also heard china hackers are able to intercept the session ID and even kick you from game and rob your money and stuff. Shame on Blizzard for having such bad code! They blame the players for having trojans installed...
