Blizzard has been doing this for a while. Call me a skeptic, but typically this is user error.
It would be something if, when grouped, someone was actually able to sniff your account info.

i do get a lot of phishing info but i never really typed my reall account or password qnd i just ignore them
blizzard never even ask for your password
however my password was easier now its a lot more harder

Funny i recieved the message from blizzard that your parental controls are removed.
but still i cant post on the forum because of the parental controls.
seems they messed it up.
