which screencaster are you using? if you aren't using it, try open broadcaster - thats the best I've found for me (thats free)

thanks to dinny his advice i got a higher upload speedrate. most be the conversion i guess.

yeah i was using xsplit but its an awful piece of software. So many adverts and it runs horribly slowly. Open Broadcaster all the way

It still seems a bit laggy on the video - what are your pc specs?

intel core 2 duo E8500 @ 3.16 GHZ this is kinda old but will change it in the future to a i5 or maybe i7 but i7 is quite new.
4 gb ram
Geforce GTX 480 1.5 gb vram
1 terra hd.

I've had an i7 for nearly three years now and I'm pleased

well my laptop got i7 3th generation is it quite nice but i dont use that for gaming though ^^
