Grass layering was enhanced as I finally managed to check how DAoC is using this grassmap image .. still not perfect, but better than nothing :)

Is it only terrain you can convert or is it possible to import nifs like some buildings or monster models? Would be interesting to do a pass through camelot city or cotswold.

All static model can be imported from nif .. but cities are built from many smaller parts, so it's not easy to make.(too much trial by error)
Currently limiting thing is nifskope and export fileformats .. if someday nifskope can make collada xml files, it makes exporting much much easier.

Just come back to this since seeing the first ever video. Really quite interesting, was really weird seeing a place I remember up to date.

Keep it up :D

Silakka can you please share the DAOC grass format with me? In exchange I can give you the method for interpreting non-terrain zones in DAOC (like cities/dungeons).
