Careful now.. Who knows where in the core it checks things like these incorrectly
And a purely numeric hierarchical plvl is crap in general, I still think you should try and adapt the work I did in plvl 2.0 branch if you really want good plvl's (As in its 95% done, just the 'fancy' plvl variant i built into it where plvl's can have arguments aren't done, but the core works and is functional; including being able to change privs in db and then flush ingame to reload someones privs without having to relog)
