A Hearld for a server

I was wondering, I know how to make a basic hearald which will let you look up a player, shows level/class/realm/etc but i wanted to know, How could i create a hearld that shows the currently online players? I know Storm D2 has one, i dug through the DB thinking there might be something in the DB that shows if a player is online, but didnt find anything,

I found the WebTemplate in the dolserver folder, Sever\GameServer\webui\template but it doesn't work in its current state, and i wouldnt know what to do to get it working. Thanks

I've looked into code and WebUIGenerator seems to do this:

Seems you have to uncomment the Start() method there.
