Server Idea:


The Server is a Dark Age of Camelot Freeshard which includes custom designed maps and custom ServerRules. This means PvP, RvR and PvE is implemented in one Server, so the ColorHandling(Friendly Names, Enemy Names, NPC Names) is different and some other features like Guildmembers can attack eachother in PvP Zone and much more.


So what we want to do:


The Server needs to be a Level Server, because PvP is old and people need to have some new servers like ours. We want that people level from 40 to 50 to get more living or more experience in his char. Also we want to implement Quests for Leveling faster and easier, and maybe get some good equipments. The whole Server will be a RvR/PvE based Freeshard, but at level 50 you can port into PvP Zone. Some Events will be implemented too for more tournaments-fun, so you dont need to duel in PvP zones or in Setup zones. Missionmaster will be our or your NPC to become more RvR action and maybe more fun to become promoted from League System to League System. You can be rewarded Challenger Tokens from the Missionmaster for getting ML Token which can be traded for Mls.

There will be also some more Merchants with different preferred Tokens like Atlantean Glas.

Merchants are in every House so it is easier to find the Merchants you need. Potion Merchants are normal NPCs or Barkeeper/Bartender in one Tavern or other Houses. Poison Merchant are also in different houses like Effect NPC, Extension NPC, Model NPC and others.


Teleporter are customly written and they port you automatically to the specific Zone.

First there is a Warning like „Hey come to me for port"

the Second is „Ok are you ready?"

and the third spell teleports you to the zone.


There is also a Teleporter which teleports you into the PvP Zone when you are level 50 or when you pay with Challenger Tokens.


On this server will be also some features like League System and Honor System.

The League System checks how many people you killed and puts you in the specific league like Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Mithril and Diamond. With these you can use some custom items which have some good procs like ae poison or ae disease and much more.


The server has also custom items like Scrolls which has an AoE Rezz spell which rezz all people in the realm and the best is also Warriors, Heroes, Armsman or all Tanks can use them, but this Scroll can be used 1 time and cost many Challenger Tokens. The server has fixed Champion NPC and fixed Trainer. The Trainers are not a Master Trainer like you know on PvP Server. Our Trainers have Instant 40 and you start with RR1. You can choose at level 50 the right skill template for your character. At the Trainer you can also respec your Champion Level and your Master Level. Later at the beginning you will get a Quest from your Trainer which gives u after completing this Quest a Weapon for better leveling.


Which Maps do we use or which Maps will be on the server?


First of all we use the cities as setup zone(Jordheim, Tir na Nog and Camelot City). There you can fnid all Merchants and NPCs you need. In the City you will find a Teleporter which ports you automatically to the leveling zone: Typhons Reach+Ashen Isles. In this Map there is a dungeon (Deep Volcanus). Deep Volcanus will be a Realm Dungeon not a RvR Dungeon. The Map Typhons Reach+Ashen Isles are RvR Zones so people can be killed while farming loot or leveling in this zone, <take care!>

The RvR Map will be Braemar which is joinable at level 45 to 50. So people can farm stuff in RvR like on the Leveling Map. In Braemar are custom Keeps which supports more RvR Action and more possibilities to do something in RvR when some are on PvP. Events like Guild vs. Guild will be implemented later and is in work. In this event you can fight vs 2 other guilds with group size of 8.


But lets go back to the Level Realm Dungeon. This Dungeon is not very easy for Solo- or Dou-Player. You could or should need 1-2 Healer and 1-2 Tanks. There will be also some ML Encounters, so you dont need to buy Mls for Chalenger Tokens. The whole Dungeon is included in a Quest which can be found at the Setup in the Leveling Zone. These QuestNPCs give you a quest which is just doable in a fullgroup or more. The Quest is like a Dragon Cuuldurach kill Quest so you could need many people.


What you need to do is:


First battle through the whole map to the Bridge where the Deep Volcanus Entrance is. There you find a Gatekeeper infront of the Dungeon. You need to slay him then the Door opens and a portal opens at the entrance. If you go through the portal, you get ported into the Dungeon. After you spoke with a NPC in the entrance you need to slayn some mobs which can annoy you in the way to the Boss Mob Lilith. If you killed Lilith, you get a Staff from her, which teleports you to the Region where Apocalypso is living. Apocalypso is in the Realm Apocalyptica which is a very strong and difficult race. To slayn this Mob you need more than 14 people. This Mob will do many AoE's and will spawn mobs which can annoy the healers and dmg dealers for example.

After slaying this monster, there will be a big Portal which teleports you back to the city and you need to go to the Champion NPC for finishing the quest. After finishing the Quest you get full Armor of Apocalypso with custom Design and a Lilith Token which you can use at a NPC which gives you the possibility to choose one weapon you could need. A sword, Blade, Spear or whatever.


The quest is just doable one time and all the stuff you get there or from cant be traded.


There will be also no instant cap of stats or resists. So you need to farm Tokens to get your stats and resists or you get equipment of apocalypso quest, which have some more bonuses than Dragonslayer Stuff.


Buffbots:


You can use a second account for a Buffbot, but you are not allowed to MultiBox so 1-2 accounts are possible. There will be also Script Buffbots, so you can play Solo too.


NPCs:


Some NPCs are useable at 50 because we dont want that people abuse the Model NPC or maybe some other NPCs. Our NPCs are all selfwritten and is under copyright. (Just a Joke) ;)


Merchants:


Merchants like Artifacts are not implemented, cause we want to create our server with custom items, so it can be more fun to think about the new items and how you can use them correctly.

What will be in?: Astral Weapons and Armor, Dragonslayer Weapons and Armor, Dragon Weapons, Legendary Weapons, BP Items and some custom items, Poison/Potion Merchant and Labyrinth Weapons.


So what we want to do is to make the server bug free and 100% playable. We could need later many testers and we would appreciate it very much.
