Database with pre-pop mobs

Hello everyone, I am new to these forums and the DoL server process. I am using a sql lite database for my db and was wondering if anyone can point me to a db that would populate all the mobs in the correct place. I have been programming in C# for 6 years and have to say the code behind DoL interests me more than building the world. Does anyone have a db that has all the mobs already loaded and with the correct loot, model, and level and placement? I have no desire to build the world, I just want to have a somewhat functional freeshard I run on my own private server so I can test mob ai as that seems like a fun little side project. A* all the way!

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot or if there's a db I could have access to that's already public and have been unable to locate it.

They have different mobs on all db. Sniperwolf/Alpha have a lot of ToA mobs, Misimouse db have a lot of SI mobs, for example.
