Seeking Information on custom classes.

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could inform me where I might find information about creating a custom class on my server. Any information at all will be helpful as I have searched the forums as well as used "Startpage" search engine and have not been able to find any information. It seems the admin of the servers that have custom classes such as "Realm of Darkness" are keeping the information and or scripts that allow for custom classes a closely guarded secret. As always I thank you in advance for your timely reply in these matters.
