A few fixes with Rev. 3614

Hi people,

Just posting a few notes on some fixes we added with latest revision so people know whats going on

This patch fixes some issues with controlled NPCs/pets ( Big help to Spiritmasters pets specifically)

Pet will now obey the "Stay" command ( Pet was very attached to owner before, and did not like leaving his side!)

Pet will now use his abilities if he has any ( Spiritmaster pet will now intercept like he is suppose to!)

Pet can now use all of his offensive procs in his "Spells" column. Previously he would only proc the first listed spell.
A note on this, the chance to proc any of these offensive procs is based on the first listed offensive proc in this table. So if first proc is at 35%, and second proc is 55%, proc chance will always be 35%. After that chance is met, there is equal chance for either proc to cast. So now Spiritmaster pet in particular, has chance to proc either of his offensive procs.

Please note. These changes may not be on either Storm/D2 shards ( I don't know how they go about updates)
