List of changes in method and classe

I'm just update our DOL server software from a 2 years old release to the newest Dol distribution
With that I founf a lot of differens in method names and class names that changed in the meantime.
For example StopFollow is now StopFollowing, AddNewObject is now AddObject. Others are obsolete : LoadFromDatabase etc....

Is there a list existing which hold this changes? It's a lot of work to compare old and new methods.

you can browse the SVN logs but i doubt it 'll be efficient.
