Ok i would like to set up a SVN via google code. and work on merging and finishing DOL's , and Misimouse's DB so that the community can have 1 great semi complete DB would anyone have a problem or issue with me doing so?

Not me. Anything the community can do to help is terrific. You might want to set i up in sourceforge rather than google.

ya that i can do, just did not want to set something up with out hearing from everyone first i have actually wanted to do this for a while and even Pmed Grav years ago about it RL has settled dwn now and im in a place where i can dedicate real time so if its ok with everyone including Misi of course i will get started asap

Wow, this is great news! I guess you read my post in the other thread about it. I'm sure misi will be pleased that someone else is willing to step up and continue his work. Now if only others can get inspired to contribute to the cause we might finally have a community supported database at long last. Sadly the track record has proved otherwise.

i have read everyone's post. It has been needed for a looong time. and sadly i had a PERFECT DB to merge with misi and Dol's that would have made it really close to something awsome. but in my move out of state and new pc's it got lost so i will be starting at jump street just with what i have done in the last month ;P but i am ready to get this thing going so that maybe i can get some other people interested.

You can pm Misi to get SF permission on the DB he created.

I hope a community-driven DB is possible !

If you have to package binaries from DoL, no problems.

The only thing i ask you related DoL stuff is to pm me: in example i take care of how we are tied to Mythic.

Also, I would give Graaven admin rights on your new project page @ SF in case you get bored with working on it, he can then give other people access. i.e: misi's case
