[Patch] - DOLConfig

I was bored and the designer of DOLConfig always bugged me.

Changed: Server Properties Tab

• tv_spShow - Listbox now fills the whole screen when the form is resized.
• tbSearch - TextBox now fills the whole screen when the form is resized.
• pictureBox1 - The search icon is moved to the left of the search box to make it look right when the form is resized.

Mhhh, i suffered into integrating this UI, and i think the search is misplaced. Perhaps move out of the tab scope and

i tested you patch and i think this is not good for the visual rendering:
- the current value pad does not fit and is no longer visible
- the treeview displaying the items is not scaling height (anyway scaling width is good)
- the search is disproportionned to the property name display

i think the best is to simply enlarge the whole form and keep a static size.
Also search can be moved in the top right and hidden when the property tab is not selected, this 'd empty room.
