[committed] 1.109 Support - Quest Finished Indicator

Thanks to Dunnerholl for this packet information.

This patch adds a blue quest finished indicator, a new enum has been created eQuestIndicator with the values None 0x00, Available 0x01 and Finish 0x02

This has been tested and is backwards compatible, any Finish steps will appear as Available (gold) in pre 1.109 clients, this means we don't need a new method in PacketLib109.

You could cheat, just send the gold or blue packet for kill targets

This breaks Storm SVN. I am fixing it now.

Compile errors all over the place, and I'm stressed as is. BaseQuest does not compile.

Ignore my ranting, I just obviously need a vacation. Work today was the same way. Apparently I am either some kind of super genius (which I needed help spelling) or all my co-workers are morons. I feel a firing spree coming on. So now I go low tech for a few days and come back my old grump self.

Well, Storm quests were not compatible with brand new quest indicators, now it should be fixed, although i have no ideas when the new one should be triggered (for the fix, i go to the easier but i think it is not good).
