Heretic Monster Rez work around

The DoT from the Monster Rez never went off before, this patch fixes it but it isn't the best fix as looking at the SpellHandler code was giving me a major headache :confused:

Also, the Summon Monster spell line wasn't in the public database, so here is the query for that.
