[Fix] Autoequip guard loaded from db

hello,

A fix which soluced the probléme of the auto equips guard since the database. Because when the config indicates True the server to the launch look for the equiptemplate in the database, a fix which corrects this probleme and the good check of the activation or not the database for the equipement of guards for the launch of the server, which will avoid you finding you with this kindgenre of log :

sorry i don't understand this fix. When load from database is true it appears you removed loading equipment from the database. If you don't have equipment in the DB then set the property to false.
