Grav, the lastuniquelocations are useful to remain on gameplayer, for example to check if a clientlocationupdate is "sane" -> counterfight loc modification in client memory
however, stuck flag is not necessary, this can really be handled completely in the stuck command, its not useful for anything else i could think of.
so /stuck -> last known location
if its not available then move to bind
logout character
can be all done in the command
