Disciple Shade Form

Disciple shade form was not set, so I took the code from the necromancer model and added one for disciples


I was on my server and I was a disciple and I kept summoning my pet as my base race being an SoM shade model

for what exactly is this necessary? you get your spec class from level 1, why do you need it for a base class?

There's a serverprop for starting out as base classes, that's what I'm using on my server for some custom features to be enabled. So might as well throw this fix in there for that.
