Change for trade log from logging into GMActions to its own file

I think it is fine to separate trade into it's own log instead of gmactions.

yes for players (iirc this is already the case), for GM the interest is related to 'Is my GM trustworthy ?', part which is not really covered via actually code.

Well, this is all trade you can still look up the logs for gms by name and account but It is messy to read GM logs to see hundreds of trade logs with it in the same file just my opinion
