[Patch] Shadow Strike

Here a Patch for Shadow Strike ability, with Sql also.

UPDATE: I checked on live, and , as you say, the target can move while we cast a shadow strike..so fixed

Regarding can't be used to enter a locked keep or tower, would a targetinview check be prudent?

Are we sure that your target has to be standing still for the ability to work? I'm not sure but I saw some videos of a guy using it on Purga and his targets were moving.

You can use this while your targets are moving, I remember using it all the time on live like that.

I remember that Assassinate can be used while target is moving, but Shadow strike not.
I have to re-check on live mmm

About "TargetinView" : I did this ability as Spell, so Targetinview is already done.

Update : now the style used depends on Critical Strike level..also fixed a problem with Stealthed check.
