Ther's a bug on reuse timer of Realm Abilities, and also on the other Skill whit timer.
Example : i used Purge, so i have to wait 10min to reuse it again. But if i respec, and take again purge , i don't have the reuse timer anymore.
So i fixed this, with a check in AddAbility.
