Hi all,
i have noticed many times somes keeps can update their level above the limit set by the ServerProperties.Properties.MAX_KEEP_LEVEL and ServerProperties.Properties.STARTING_KEEP_LEVEL.
i have modified it for check the serverproperty instead of the max keep level limit (10).
With that i have modified the SendGuildMessage when attempting to upgrade. (don't check the property :p) so i have to migrate it to english for commit this.

i have commited this patch and the patch for SendGuildMessages when updating a keep.
