[SVN:r3246] RegionInstance to Implement Adventure Wings

Honestly I trust you about Script vs Core...

I have a custom NPC on Freyad that implements Teleports and BuffMerchant + other little things (a swiss knife NPC) I'm too ashamed by the coding to release it !

And when you think about it "Core" is important because it will use code for many part of the server, a wrongly written class could give horrible results just for an heavy loop, with Scripts it's mostly code run when "Interact()" or "onServerStartup" is called, the only way that this could crash the server would be with a lot of players spamming it


So let's get to my point, do I commit these changes ? Because I'm beginning to have a lot of uncommitted changes, I'm trying to merge when it's still fresh in my mind

Ok I took the liberty of Adding this to SVN revision 3246

This is an atomical Commit and can be reverted freely. (Only changes discussed here are commited)
