Housing Changes and Scripts for Indoor and Outdoor menus

I had an older post in the SVN folder with a link that no longer works.

I embedded the SQL scripts in the HousingTemplateMgr.cs

You can click the link above and see the SQL at the bottom of that file. If you have issues inserting you can change INSERT into REPLACE but beware it will replace any customizations you have with this data.
