Patch corrects issue with can attack that was causing crash when a keep guard attempted to attack a player would cause an infinite loop.
Now only compares guards guild with players guild. Future updates may add other types? Pushing update to remove crashing from core.
Also
Adds line to correct Non realm 0 npcs to be friendly with players.
It only checked if players where friendly with npcs. Now checks if NPCs are friendly with players for non realm 0 npcs. Otherwise npcs would just give dirty looks when interacting with them for other realms unless peace flagged. even though server is pvp
