(Live) Patch #621 - Tinderboxes (Storm RVR)

Changes from Satyr:
- Tinderboxes once again work (Including Pre-Exising versions)
- Fixed Durability of 'Jerkin of Blood Embrace' - value had been 100 while MP drops of Galladoria are used to have internal dur value of 50k (Also Updated Pre-Existing Versions)
- shark route merchants are no longer aggresive (Issue 3752)
- Sobekite Eternal Entrance will no longer pop players above the gfx of the dungeon when entering. (Issue 3677)
- Some craft recipies needed 'oaken_wooden_boards' which is now 'oak_wooden_boards' as intended (Issue 4329)
