(Live) Patch #626 - New Epics (v1.105)

Changes from Satyr:

- Guard of Valor will now be activated with the correct version (issue 17027)
There had been prexisting reinforced hybrid versions on the following chars which have been replaced by the correct versions with the same level and experience: Nitro, Ainoch, Moira, Kureocitea, Glokkan, Tomoko

- all classes have their new 1.105 epics.

- Fixed the accidently caused issues 17059 and 17060

- Implemeted the fix again after a roleback destroyed the work i was told.

Fixed seveeral dragon-items (more will be reviewed soon) with help of my testaccount on pendragon:

- Fallen Soldier's Rage: color
- Dragonfire (2h alb Crush): model, color, glowing effect and delay
- Bloodstained War Hammer (1h alb crush): model, glowing effect, stats and procs
- Virulent Soul Sapper (1h alb thrust): glowing effect
