- Duration of stat Debuffs and Haste Debuffs is reduced to 45s and Recast increased to 10s
- single stat Debuffs (str and dex) share a timer and dual stat Debuffs (str/con, dex/qui) share a Timer
[affected lines: 'Creeping Path','Matter','Darkness','Way of the Eclipse','Way of the Sun','Telekinesis','Shadow Control','Disorientation','Spirit Dimming','Spirit Suppression','Domination','Vacuumancy','Suppression','Body Destruction'] - Bolts have a CastTime of 2.5s (instead of 2.0s)
- caster speed has its scaling changed to 126/133/141/148/176
[affected lines: 'Runecarving', 'Path of Air', 'Mind Twisting','Nurture Warden Spec','Enchantment', 'Pacification', 'Shadow Mastery']
[also set Duration/Frequency to 6s/5s for these lines except for 'Shadow Mastery'] - scaling of castable Resist Debuffs is 15/25/40 (instead of 15/30/50)
- Resist Debuffs that debuff damage of baseline DD of the same MagicType have a Duration of 8s
- Focus DmgShields have no initial costs
[I let that unchanged for now, because on Live the first tick seems to be at the beginning (but it delved differently). Note to self: check IsFocus] - Nearsight spells have a Duration of 60s
[affected lines: 'Cursing Spec','Holism','Shadow Control','Calefaction','Runes of Suppression','Matter Manipulation'] - BT spells have a Duration that is 1s over the Frequency.
- Abs Buffs do not stack with the Baseline caster versions (5% and 10%)
