Patch #635 - Legendary Crafting

The Legendary Crafting Merchants in Hall of Heroes in Ruins of Atlantis has been added.
It will sell for money not for glass couse no glass yet on storm.
Fixing its stats will follow and i gonna add the 2 new legendary types soon.
DOL dint only gaved me the data to start my server,
it also gaved me 16 amazing years with nice peeps,
and now its on me to return the favor.
