2017-05-28 RvR NF fixes

- I fixed Caer Renaris towers had Captains cannot be selected but hit players.
- I restarted all the NF, All keeps are now at level 1 and posseded by owner realm.

Nice Job Hunabku /bump
DOL dint only gaved me the data to start my server,
it also gaved me 16 amazing years with nice peeps,
and now its on me to return the favor.

Any chance we can get a fix on Cathal Valley PKs and Orseo Keep?

PK Guards attack players on site and Orseo Keep guards are way too powerful to take the keep

EDIT: I killed grey Orseo keep captain and didn't get Credit

1a. The guards attack on site need to be change in database to correct level. (keepposition or mob ?)
1b. The too high keep guards is a keep problem. Change in database the keep base level to to most higher player level. (keep)
2.I think the grey Lord don't give credit.
