Hi Stormies,
on live servers sham buffs have been changed so that one can reach cap with yellow spec buffs and i just wanted to ask if this change is coming to storm too (would be happy about it).

Hi,
Took quit a while to search it but i found it. It aslo only makes it able to cap dex but that's what i need ^^
