Need help guys

When i click on a server no web page show up too
or when i put in user and pass and click a server cant click play its greyed out

i have no other ideas then using a bat to login
would say if all files are in daoc portal but seems not the problem.
ya have restart the computer? right?

there any other way to log in the game?
i cant set a shard for fav and even try to log in that way

Open notepad, create the contents you want, then save the file as connect.bat

An application to launch the DAOC Client to connect to a DOL Server, to use this file you must pass parameters into it, an easy way to do this is to create a batch file with the following content

Path to game.dll - If DOL Loader is inside your DAOC folder (the one with game.dll) you can just use game.dll as the value here, otherwise you need to enter the path, an example of this is

@DOLLoader "c:\path with spaces\to\game.dll" 127.0.0.1 10300 1 account pass
Server IP's can be found on the DAOC Portal Server List, or if you are connecting locally you could use the value 127.0.0.1

Port's are usually 10300 but some servers have different ports they receive connections on, check on the DAOC Portal Server List

and save the file as connect.bat, running this file will load up your game client and connect to the desired server

Heya, i'm not sure if this will help, but its a custom DAoC Portal that i've made, its stand-alone, just unpack it (open portal.exe), select a server, put username/pw in, select client path, and hit play. Hope it helps , Sorry its ugly but UI isn't a strong suite for me, and its not finished.. but it will save your client path, so you don't need to re-do that step every time. You can mouse over the little buttons to see what they do.
