<Player>, <Class>, and <Race> are already supported as part of the behavior utilities which were used in some but not all quest text displays. I added <Title>, <RealmTitle>, and <Guild> to Behavior and also via calls to AbstractQuest.SendMessage
Added: StepItemTemplates for Kill and KillFinish step types can now include a chance to drop.

If the chance fails the step will not advance.
