Updated: Moved Some GamePlayer Utils Methods to static Player Utils Extension Class.
Fixed: Bugs around Bonedancer Pet Targeted Damage Add with Area of Effect Radius, it was checked as an Enemy Spell
Fixed: Positive Effects shouldn't have Area/Range reduced Time/Effect. (Effectivenes mod)
