please urgent help, menta rr5 reuse timer is 0secs

so i need help to change the timer, but its not in the spell list
its in the ability list

where can i change the timer please

Perhaps it is hardcoded in the core. Else you have Ability table

can i remove then the rr5 from the db? because i dont know how to change the hardcoded stuff

Check your Ability Table or ClassXRealmAbility Table in Database and edit the fields to your needs.
