Rather Odd Keeps Display

Ummmmm, hey guys - http://prntscr.com/4ij9kj - any ideas ? Anyone ? lol ! :lol: when I saw this I thought there was something horribly wrong with server and tried reboot but still remained the same.

Yeah this happen with new keep structures when they are leveled to max, I don't know how to fix, I think if they are sent max level to client then unleveled it work...
