Crash - then character un-usable

So I have got this to work, my own server is running, base install of everything - no modifications.

However, this is the second character this has happened to:

1. Game crashed, waited for it to show the character logged out on the server, then attempted to log in.
2. I can get to char select and make new, or play a new, or another character, BUT cannot log into the character that crashed.
3. Have restarted computer, server, DAoC portal, etc. No effect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you patched 1.109 game.dll file ?

It is the 1.109 game.dll provided from a link in the DOL website. I have also tried re-copying the game.dll.

As stated above, I can log in - load the game, and start a new character and play. But numerous times now, I have had a character become completely unable to load.

I have confirmed that EVERY character I have tried to play crashes the game.dll at level 6 roughly, once this crash happens, the character crashes the game.dll every time I try to load that character.

I have been able to go to someone elses server and play much longer, so I am guessing it is not actually my client, but the DOL server, or database.

1. Download the svn and the correct database
If you are on Windows use this guide
If you are on Linux use this guide

2. Launch the server
3. Retry

We will show if the error comes from the server or client.

I am playing Albion, and I am in the starter area with Zombie and Skele quests. I will try not picking them up. Do you know what you did to resolve?

I will also follow the steps above concerning the SVN and the database.
