Need some help

So i downloaded the whria release because its a great base to build a server off of. i got everything edited the way i want all my custom stuff is in the only problem i am having is when a new character logs in it auto levels it to 2 and 100% in the level you click a trainer it auto levels you all the way to 50 LOL how do i turn this auto level stuff off?

Nevermind i got it it was the levelmsg.cs
