Game DLL not found at: ?

So, I downloaded DOaC portal, for some strange reason it's not letting me connect? says "Game DLL not found at:" did I miss any downloads?

Did you download the game and then let it fully install itself by connecting to live servers? Did you specify the directory the game is located in?

Hi
1. Go to DAoC Portal Option and verify the DAoC Path
2. If not resolve the problem, redownload and replace the game.dll by this
3. If not resolve the problem, Uninstall DAoC Portal, reboot your computer, reinstall DAoC Portal and retry steps 1 and 2
4. If not resolve the problem, Redownload your client from beginning.
After the end of download, patch the game.dll and the new new frontiers files
