Portal installer fails

I cant Install DAoC portal on my computer, Its giving me a Error:

The Installer has insufficient Privileges to access this Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\DAoC Portal.

I'm the administrator and the only user on the computer, so I'm very confused

If Windows 7 you arent the Admin cause the Admin is an Hidden User on Windows 7 but as quick fix i can upload an installed daoc portal version for you:

DOL dint only gaved me the data to start my server,
it also gaved me 16 amazing years with nice peeps,
and now its on me to return the favor.
