logging into game

hi all,

got myself a new computer and have put daoc on it.

When i run the portal it opens up the client fine, but i get stuck on the character selection screen, i select my character but cannot proceed any further its like the play button is not responding when i click on it.

Anyone else have the same issue or know how to rectify it?

You need to rollback to 1.109

I've downloaded that file, thanks Tola.

though it has not fixed the problem. i load up to the character selection window, and cannot physically press the play button. Refer image. It is the same as on my other computer and works on that one :S

There was a clienthack ban in the ban table that might have been your account? doom something?

I cleared it, but make sure you are not running any tablet drivers when you try again. Just yell if it still doesn't work and you have no clue how to fix it and I'll add an exception.

i tried logging in again, still no good. I can log in and play on my other computer, but cannot on my new one. its same OS same game client everything i am so lost as to why it wont work on this PC :/.

1.95? That's a pretty old client, which should work but you said you had gotten the latest game and rolled back to 1.109. Something else happen?

ok got it working. re downloaded the game and updated then rolled back with the file specified.
