Can not add CM

Hey guys. So I bought my first house today, added a porch and bought a CM. The problem now is that I can't add my CM to my porch. I get the error "You can not add a consignment merchant here." I've tried it on an alt and on my main, relogging, etc.

Any ideas?

Where did you buy the CM? It's on one of the pages of the indoor house store. If you bought it somewhere else that might be the issue.

I purchased the CM from the indoor store, however I purchased the porch from the market. Could that be the issue? I'll try to demolish the porch and add the indoor house store one, hopefully that works!

EDIT: I demo'd the porch and added the new one, but no luck. Still getting the same error. The only thing I can think of is that my CM item has been passed between characters, put in vaults, etc. Maybe that bugged it or something. Idk, I'm not to savvy on game code.

is it a guild house? i heard there were problems in the past with guild houses

Shouldn't be an issue. Can you afford to buy another and try to place it?
