Account banned.

Hi yesterday i created char to play here. Today i tried to log on and i have message that my account is banned from this server type.

Char called Genda.

I removed the ban and hopefully it won't happen again but let me know here if it does. In addition it might be helpful to make sure you aren't running any tablet device drivers.

I have got the same problem ,so i just used this thread again.

my account which is banned,is "Elrim01"

Tolakram, you mentioned something about turning off tablet drivers.

First of all, i have close to no knowlege about how to solve this on windows 8. Additionally, i am using a wacom cintiq (touchscreen for pen drawing) for my work aswell on my pc.
Does your solution mean, either i can play,or i can work with this pc?

Would be really thankfull for some insight.
besides, sorry for my bad english,it isnt my main language.
