Zeal is broken

For some reason Zeal only works on vary weak mobs, was in Baal's lair (ml8 dungeon) was fighting 10 of the mobs in there at once but Zeal would not do any dam to them (everytime I would tab though the mobs each one was at 100% health, even after killing 1-2 before). I do got 80+53 in Zeal so it's not that my spec is not high enough.

Minions and Bosses don't take damage from zeal

Most of the mobs in Baal's zone are minions
