I Don't think I'll ever leave until one of two things happen...
1. DAoC goes open source, or;
2. We have a core that replicates Livelike and a complete database to follow. lol.

I am glad the db found plenty of use!

It does contain all my original roaming mobs I see in DB's today. (DF, etc.) During that time, I didn't modify the mob speed too much so, well... they looked slow when following their path. People liked it I guess, they are still there today!

Anyways, I think I should have this zipped up by midnight.
Thanks,

-Wolf

It's here, Athena!! Or... More like, my Alpha DB... Only that doesn't sound so catchy.

Athena is out, fully updated since my last release which was about 4 years ago, so grab it now and please start posting bugs that I can work on.

Link on first page has been updated, download is available now, Also includes the required scripts in the zip archive.

Hi there

I installed this to a clean database and it loaded up fine, however none of the trainers or healers respond when used other than saying the are friendly :?: , hopefully i installed it ok as i only got 1 error from hiedisql when i imported the DB.

Any advice greatly appreciated or if anyone can confirm the best way to have a clean DB.

Thanks

When importing your DB, do I import it over the base one?

Hi SniperWolf,

Im new to the DOL scene but I set up my first local server yesterday using this guide and your DB:
http://www.lemegeton.com/blog/2014/08/2 ... -emulator/

I dont know if there is something in that guide that is not fully compatible with your DB but what i noticed on my first log-in was that the keeps in BG (only checked the lions den). Their color and texture was all bugged out. I dont have a screenshot atm but is this a known bug or do you want me to upload a screenshot for you?

And another thing was that the teleporter in Mularn had alot of teleport options but not all of them worked, one example is Atlantis. Are all of them suppose to work? If needed i can make a list on those that worked and those that did not work.

I will keep posting bugs once i find them.

Kindest regards

P.S if you have any comments on the guide that i linked please let me know. That is to say if i should have done anything differently setting up my local server. D.S

that happens when someone is not interacting, ---> check the trainer scripts and the mobs info if this mob is a trainer.

Hi
Verify have not drop queries on the sql file. If have, comment it before importing.

New Database release is officially available in the User files section. Many issues have been rectified, with more on the way.

Please report all bugs as I am back from my extended trip.

Also, maybe a wants/to-do list? Thanks.

-DB has a "Create Tables" only clause. Be sure you have created the DB you would like to load it into first.

Repo coming soon, hopefully to make life easier.
Thanks,
