(Live) Patch #29 - Damage fixes

Changes from Tolakram:

- Bugfix: Low level pets will no longer do 0 damage to mobs.
- Bugfix: Low level players will no longer do 0 damage to level 0 mobs (starter mobs).

- Changed: The 3 primary stealthers are no longer capped by the 50% max health single hit limit when executing styles. This limit applies to all other players and pets to prevent 1 hit kills. (normally at least 2 hits are required to kill anything).
