Master Blacksmiths

Can we make the blacksmiths master blacksmiths (i.e. they restore everything to 100% (con dur qual) and w/e bonus is stays same. Gear takes to much of a beating and makes crafted gear usless after about a week of farming

I can just lower the dur loss instead. Diablo II has durability, it's part of the game.

Yeah thats fine, but it repairs back to full when you do, thats why i asked for master blacksmiths.
Would be he hard to make an item 'industructable' like in d2?
